  • 1. Pipeline projects

    Finalize the MOC of the Project based on the fluid properties& surge analu,Finalize the project related specification & design requirement for all discipline Simulation & Hydraulic study to finalize the line size, Route finalization based on Topo survey& Stress analysis, BVS, Manifold location finalization.Finalize plot plan of BVS, Manofold& tie in location Provide soil improvement plan along with crossing details wherever required, Finalize all safety requirement like ESD, CCTV, F&G. Telecom, local flares& solar system. Finalize the requirement of data transfer through RTU & integration with the main control room. Finalize the requirement of Heat tracing.

    (SEET Pipeline) along with theSEET electrical substations. Finalize the requirement of Cathodic protection for Underground lines. Carry out all safety studies like HAZOP, EIA Etc

  • 2. Onshore Upstream Oil & gas Project, Offsite & Utilities for Refineries & Petrochemical Plants , Non licensed unit of Refinery & Petrochemical
    • Finalize MOC of the project
    • Finalize the project related specification & design requirement for all discipline
    • Simulation & line sizing calculation
    • Prepare PFD, P&ID & finalize Cause & effect
    • Finalize the flare system
    • Finalize the datasheet of all equipment & instrument
    • Finalize the plot plan
    • Finalize the routing of all UG & AG piping after stress analysis of critical lines except the small bore lines.
    • Prepare Instrument index & IO list
    • Prepare layout of Control building & instrument room
    • Prepare cable routing drawing & Instrument location layout
    • Finalize the Functional design specification for the ICSS system
    • Finalize the telecom requirement
    • Prepare Preliminary Electrical load list

We design Floating roof, fixed roof, Internal floating roof , Dome roof both as per API 620 & 650 & Cryogenic tanks along with all the safety&fire fighting requirement We also prepare the detail fabrication drawing for tanks.
